Orlando International Piano Competition
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
All of the following material must be received (not postmarked) no later then July
1st, 2008.
All applications are confidential, and each applicant will be notified by mail/email of his
or her acceptance or non-acceptance as a candidate by July 9th, 2008. All accepted competitor's name
will be posted on our website: www.FloridaPiano.org
Along with the completed application
form, please submit the following:
1. A copy of applicant’s birth certificate or equivalent proof of age.
2. Two 4 x 6 inches black and white recent digital photos.
3. A short biography with clear indication of
academic degrees and artistic achievement.
4. A recent visual(DVD-R or VCD in either PAL or NTSC format) recording
of the applicant's performance of all the music chosen for the first round of the competition (see repertoire requirements).
Please do not forget to put your complete name on the DVD.
5. A non-refundable application fee of $100.00 in a
cashier's check or money order (no personal checks) made out to: Florida International Piano Competition.
International participants from outside of the USA can send a cashier's check in U.S. currency that can be obtained from
your local bank.
